Terms and Condition may change as per as your trip requirement in Tibet , Bhutan and Nepal :

Booking Procedure and Payment Method:

For The tour Booking Procedure you have to send your clear color Passport copy in Advance (Before 25 days from Your Travel date).
Also In Advance Clients Should pay (minimum 30% which is non refundable). We will accept your Master and Visa Card.
After getting that payment we will start Trip Arrangement such as Tibet Travel permit, Trekking Permit, booking your International flights or issue permit and visa previously. We will accept your Master and Visa Card.

Insurance :

The cost of your tours and adventures does not cover on your insurance. Expert Tibet Travel strongly recommends that the client purchases the comprehensive travel insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal luggage, money and public liability before you travel. Expert Tibet Travel reserves the right to refuse admission as a passenger unless the client has arranged appropriate insurance. Expert Tibet Travel accepts no responsibility for loss or personal damage to personal belongings or liability for personal injury/death. You may also wish to indemnify Expert Tibet Travel against all third – party claims, actions, damages and remedies that may be brought against the Expert Tibet Travel in respect of your travel.

Cancelation Policies:

All cancellations and refund requests must be sent to us in writing. If cancellation occurs after your confirmation to book the tour, or if you fail to pay the full cost of the tour within the specified time, you will be liable to pay cancellation charges. The effective date of notification regarding cancellation will begin when the notification is received at our premises in writing (email).

Once the tour has started, no refund will be made under any circumstances for any unused sectors or sections.

If the reason for the client’s cancellation is covered by the client’s insurance policy, the client maybe is able to make a claim under that policy.
